§ 6-84-3. Permit—Revocation.

A permit required by section 6-84-2 may be revoked by the health officer for failure to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter, or whenever the further operation of such permit becomes a menace to health and safety; provided, however, that, no permit shall be finally terminated until a reasonable written notice of the alleged violation shall be given the offender and he or she shall have been offered a reasonable period of time within which to correct the same.
