§ 6-64-2. Use of sound trucks restricted.

  • It is unlawful to use any sound truck as a means of soliciting money, subscriptions or contributions for any charitable, religious, educational or benevolent purpose upon the streets of the city, unless express permission is granted therefor at the time the permit is issued pursuant to sections 6-64-3 through 6-64-7. The board of supervisors shall have the right to prescribe the terms and conditions under which sound trucks may be used for such purposes on the streets of the city.
