§ 6-64-7. Permit—To be carried and exhibited by solicitors.

Every person engaged in a public solicitation shall have in his or her possession at all times while so engaged a permit issued by the board of supervisors authorizing the solicitation at the time and in the manner the solicitation is being made. Such permit shall be exhibited upon demand by any person.
