§ 6-60-22. Transaction fee.

Every pawnbroker shall pay to the chief of police a fee of $1.00 for each card delivered to the chief of police pursuant to section 6-60-20 of this chapter. The aggregate fee for all such cards delivered to the chief of police within a given week shall be remitted to the director of police services or deposited in a designated city depository weekly on or before 5:00 p.m. Friday of such week. The fee will be designated for the processing of such cards required to be delivered to the chief of police.
