§ 6-60-20. Pawnbroker to fill in proper types and deliver to police.

Every pawnbroker shall fill in the proper type of card for each article pledged to or otherwise received by him or her and he or she shall deliver to the director of police services, every day before the hour of 12:00 noon, all of such cards describing articles pledged, pawned, or received during the preceding day. Such cards may be mailed to the office of the director of police services, or his or her designee, in lieu of personal delivery, if the envelope in which the same are mailed bears the post date of the day on which such property was received.
