§ 6-60-23. Exclusion of certain pawnbrokers.

Notwithstanding anything in this chapter to the contrary, the requirements of sections 6-60-16 through 6-60-22 of this chapter shall not apply to the pawnbrokers who transmit the required information to the chief of police in the manner provided in section 6-60-10(G) of this chapter.
