§ 6-52-6. Rules and regulations to enforce chapter.

The director of police services and the electrical inspector are authorized to adopt, promulgate and enforce such rules and regulations regarding mechanical amusement devices as will enable the police and the electrical inspector to enforce and carry out the provisions, meaning and intent of this chapter.
