§ 6-52-7. Machines exempt from chapter.

The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any machine which in return for the coin deposited in such device, will deliver the equivalent value of such coin in merchandise; provided that, no prize, reward, bonus or other thing of value is delivered with the merchandise.
