§ 6-52-5. Noisy operation.

It is unlawful for any person in charge of any mechanical amusement device playing or emitting music or sound to permit such device to be operated in such a manner that the sound created, emitted or transmitted by the mechanical amusement device shall be audible to persons on any public street or highway or upon any adjoining premises.
