§ 4-8-15. Periodic evaluation of pension rolls.

The board shall direct the comptroller or shall cause the comptroller to be directed in writing to make benefit payments from the trust fund to participants, spouses or children who qualify for such payments under the plan. Such written order to the comptroller shall specify the name of each such recipient, his or her address, his or her Social Security number, and the amount and frequency of such payments.
