§ 4-8-16. Nondiscrimination.

The board shall act and shall direct the comptroller to act or cause such action with respect to any plan benefits or any other matter under the powers of the board under this plan in a uniform and nondiscriminatory manner toward all participants and employees under substantially similar sets of facts and shall not permit discrimination in favor of any officers or highly compensated employees of the city.
