§ 4-8-14. Annual report and audit.

A.

As soon as practicable after the close of each plan year, the board shall transmit to the council a full written report setting forth the financial condition of the trust fund and the operation of the plan for such year.

B.

The board shall have made an annual audit of the trust fund for each plan year by a competent auditor selected by the board.
