§ 2-74-3. Authority to make application for receipt of funds.

It is the intent of this resolution to establish a commission to serve as a planning, coordinating, reviewing and recommending body to all funding sources and insofar as its functions and duties may require, the commission is authorized, subject to approval by the Memphis mayor and city council and Shelby County mayor and board of commissioners, to apply for and accept funds and thereafter to provide services for seniors through direct service or through a subcontract process.
