§ 2-62-4. Who may submit proposals to council for recommendations; independent submission of findings and recommendations by council.

The city may submit proposals for programming on the government channel or channels to the advisory council for recommendations and the educational institutions may submit proposals or planned programming for the educational channel or channels to the advisory council for recommendations. The broadband telecommunications network may submit planned programming for locally originated channel or channels to the advisory council for recommendation, but nothing shall prohibit the council from submitting its own findings and recommendations to such bodies whether such proposals have been submitted to them for comment or not.
