§ 2-62-3. Objectives of council when making recommendations.

The cable television advisory council, in making its recommendations for programming and in coordination of the educational, governmental, and locally originated channels, shall promote the interest, welfare and entertainment of the community with emphasis on enhancement of civic development and shall make recommendations to ensure that programming is impartial and nondiscriminatory.
