§ 2-62-5. Authority to submit proposed rules and regulations for conduct of business to mayor and council, hold hearings and make recommendations on programming for education and local origination; actions deemed advisory.

The advisory council shall have the authority to submit proposed rules and regulations for the conduct of its business to the mayor and council for approval, and upon approval, shall have the right to hold hearings and make recommendations to the broadband telecommunications network and to the educational community on programming for education and local origination; all such actions shall be advisory only.
