§ 14-16-48. Lighting and electrical equipment.

Latest version.

Lighting shall be by electricity and together with all other electrical equipment shall be in conformity with the city/county electrical code and to the National Electrical Code as approved by the American Standards Association and published by the National Board of Fire Underwriters. The disconnect switch and all electric control devices shall be located so as to be accessible at all times. All electrical equipment shall be protected from falling objects and mechanical injury.
