§ 9-84-3. Required equipment.

A clearly identified and easily accessible switch(es) or a circuit breaker(s) shall be provided at a prominent location remote from dispensing devices, including remote pumping systems, to shut off the power to all dispensing devices in event of an emergency. Fire extinguishers must be located next to the emergency cutoff switches and as otherwise required by law.
