§ 9-72-12. Personal health care home status at enactment of chapter.

Any personal care home in operation on August 31, 1982, shall have two years to come into compliance with standards. Conditions noted as imminent health or safety problems shall require immediate action. The foregoing shall not relieve the provider from complying with applicable zoning laws.
