§ 6-8-13. Penalty for violation of chapter; continuing violations.

Any person violating any terms of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $25.00 nor more than $50.00. When such violation is continuous, each day of each violation shall be deemed a separate offense.
