§ 6-84-1. Undertaker defined.

For the purpose of this chapter, any person who makes a business of burying dead bodies, under the term "funeral director," "undertaker," or otherwise, such person having charge of the burial, cremation or other disposition of a dead body, shall be deemed an "undertaker."
