§ 6-48-16. Health regulations.

A.

The city and county health department shall conduct sanitary surveys and inspections of all massage institutes and bathhouses frequently enough to maintain the health standards applied to other business establishments within the city, and in no instance shall these surveys and inspections be conducted less frequently than four times a year.

B.

The fee charged by the city and county health department for such sanitary surveys and inspections shall be in accordance with the fee schedule set by the health department, and in no instance shall such fee exceed the current fee charged similar business establishments within the city.
