§ 6-48-17. Clothing regulations.

  • Employees of massage institutes and bathhouses and customers thereof shall, at all times while inside such massage institutes or bathhouses, wear sufficient opaque clothing to fully cover the genitalia and buttocks. If such person is a female, she shall, at all times while inside such massage institutes or bathhouses, wear sufficient opaque clothing to fully cover the breasts, and in no event shall the clothing of employees be any less than that amount necessary to be deemed to be in accordance with prevailing community standards for morals and decency in dress.
