§ 5-4-9. Records and requisitions for supplies and equipment; duty of purchasing agent upon receipt.

Whenever requisitions, records and supporting documents associated therewith are filed with the city purchasing agent by the various departments and bureaus for processing, the city purchasing agent is authorized to maintain all such requisitions, records and supporting documents on a medium to be read and used by means of a computer and/or word processor. If such a computer medium is used, a security copy of the medium shall be maintained.
