§ 5-4-2. Payments into general fund—City rents.

All moneys received and receivable for rents of any and all property belonging to the city not specifically under the management of some board or commission entitled to receive the same, and not set aside for some specific purpose shall be paid into the general fund, to be disbursed for any lawful municipal purpose.
