§ 4-8-11. Medical service and advice.

The board shall secure such medical service and advice as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of sections 4-24-12 and 4-28-12, and shall pay for such medical services and advice such compensation as the board shall deem reasonable. In no case, however, shall there be employed or appointed a physician who is not a qualified physician.
