§ 4-4-4. Diversion.

The city shall not be entitled to any part of the corpus or income of the trust fund and no part of the trust fund shall be used for or diverted to purposes other than the exclusive benefit of participants, spouses and children, except as provided in section 4-24-9 or 4-28-9.
