§ 2-88-6. Meetings; quorum; records.

The traffic advisory commission shall meet at least once a month at such time and places as such commission may fix by resolution. Special meetings may be called from time to time by the chairperson. A majority of the members of the commission, including the ex officio members of the commission, shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. The commission shall cause a proper record to be kept of its proceedings.
