§ 2-86-6. Authority to appoint committees, subcommittees and advisory board.
The commission is authorized to establish such committees and subcommittees as it may consider necessary to its operation in conducting inquiries, studies and research into all areas relating to the problem of alcohol and drug abuse. Such committees may include persons who are not members of such commission. The commission is further authorized in its discretion to establish an advisory board of not more than 21 members, to include representatives of the health systems agency, educational and training agencies and institutions, community-based organizations, participant community, business, organized labor and others who have an interest in and concern regarding the use of alcohol and drugs.
