§ 2-6-2. Authority to sign petition for improvements where city owns abutting property.

  • The mayor is authorized, when in his or her judgment it may appear proper, to sign on behalf of the city any petition for the improvement of any street, where title to abutting property is in the city and where the improvement is to be made at the expense, total or partial, of the abutting property.
