§ 2-68-1. Reorganization; composition; qualification of members.

The art commission is reorganized as the arts and science commission to consist of seven members who shall be of lawful age and residents of the city and who shall have an interest in the development of the arts, cultural and scientific activities of the citizens of Memphis and the proper application of the municipal support of institutions and organizations which foster such activities.
