§ 2-40-6. Meetings.

  • The board established by this chapter shall meet at least once per quarter at such time and place as such board shall decide. Such meetings will be open to the public with proper public notifications. Special meetings, open to the public, may be called from time to time on concurrence by three members of the board and/or the chairperson. A majority of the members of the entire board, excluding the ex officio members, shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. The board shall cause a proper record to be kept of its proceedings. Written notice of any meeting of the board shall be given to members and the public at least 24 hours prior to the date set for meeting.
