§ 2-40-7. Administration.

Liaison with and assistance relating to the activities of the board established by this chapter shall be the responsibility of the executive division of the city and it shall be the responsibility of that division to provide for and assure regular meetings between the Memphis Advisory Council on Human Services and the city divisions, bureaus, agencies, boards, commissions, authorities and/or quasi-city agencies representatives and to prepare and submit to the human services board, and any other funding sources which may be deemed appropriate, information and recommendations regarding human service needs for each ensuing fiscal year, as hereinafter set out.
