§ 2-38-1. Reorganization, composition and qualifications of trustees.

The board of trustees of the Memphis Brooks Museum of Art is reorganized as a semiautonomous board of 24 members who shall be over the age of 21 years and residents of the county, who shall have demonstrated experience, responsibility and ability in business management and an interest in civic and cultural development of the city.
