§ 2-34-10. Arrests generally.

Officers of this unit shall arrest all persons found violating any provision of this Code or any city ordinance or law of the state, within the city limits. Such persons shall be immediately committed to the county jail. Persons arrested may be released as provided in section 2-28-10.
