§ 2-34-9. Complaints against officers and aides or unit.

Complaints against officers or aides of the public housing security services unit shall be made through the commander of the public housing security service, who shall make a determination, or if he or she deems it necessary, will refer the matter to the internal affairs bureau of the police services division for further investigation, in which case a disposition shall be rendered by the officer of the director of police services.
