§ 2-34-9. Complaints against officers and aides or unit.

  • Complaints against officers or aides of the public housing security services unit shall be made through the commander of the public housing security service, who shall make a determination, or if he or she deems it necessary, will refer the matter to the internal affairs bureau of the police services division for further investigation, in which case a disposition shall be rendered by the officer of the director of police services.
