§ 2-30-11. Promulgation of regulations by director of police services.

The director of police services, subject to the approval of the city council, has the authority to establish and enforce reasonable rules and regulations for the operation of special police officers and limited special police officers in the interest of public safety, morals and welfare and to effectuate the general purpose of this chapter.
