§ 2-30-10. Powers.

Special police officers and limited special police officers appointed under the provisions of this chapter for the purpose of policing, watching and guarding the premises and property of persons shall have the same power and authority upon the property or premises which they are appointed to police as the regular police officers of the city, but not otherwise; provided that, limited special police officers shall not be authorized to carry firearms on duty.
