§ 2-12-12. Warrant issued for court appearance for nonpayment.

It is unlawful for a defendant to fail to pay a fine imposed by the city court. The failure to pay shall result in the issuance by the court of a summons or arrest warrant to require the defendant's appearance in court for a hearing to show cause for nonpayment.
