§ 14-12-43. Reinstallation or shipment into city of used or secondhand equipment.

Before a used or secondhand boiler or unfired pressure vessel can be reinstalled or shipped into this city, an inspection must be made by an authorized inspector and data submitted by him or her shall be filed by the owner or user of the boiler or unfired pressure vessel with the chief inspector for his or her approval.
