§ 14-12-42. Nonstandard equipment.

A.

A nonstandard boiler or unfired pressure vessel now in use in this city, if removed outside the boundaries of the city, cannot be brought in and reinstalled without permission of the board of boiler rules.

B.

Shipment of nonstandard boilers or unfired pressure vessels into this city for use is prohibited.
