§ 12-80-7. Rules and regulations relative to passenger terminal facilities.

It is unlawful for any railroad company operating within the corporate limits of the city to fail to comply with rules and regulations adopted by the mayor and council for the operation, maintenance and use of railroad passenger terminal facilities. The director of public works shall be delegated the responsibility for enforcing such rules and regulations.
