§ 12-80-6. Work in streets to be under supervision of city engineer—Adjustment of conflicts between company and engineer.

  • The grade of streets, the manner of work and material used and the erection of poles by railroad companies shall all be under the supervision of the city engineer, and done according to his or her specifications and directions, and any conflict between him or her and the railroad company shall be adjusted by the mayor, whose action shall be final.
