§ 12-80-10. Locomotive headlight.

Latest version.

All railway locomotives operated within the city between the hours of sunset and sunrise shall carry upon the forward portion thereof a properly constructed and lighted headlight, which shall be clearly distinguishable and visible at a distance of 300 feet or more from such locomotive.
