§ 12-80-11. Speed limit.

It shall be a misdemeanor for any person to run any engine or train of cars on any railroad in the city at a greater speed than 20 miles an hour, except over track which has at least a Federal Railroad Administration Classification No. 4, where the speed may not exceed 30 miles an hour.
