§ 10-28-2. Children—Leaving locked in house unattended.

It is unlawful to leave any child so locked or fastened in a building that in case of fire or other calamity such child cannot escape, unless the child is attended at all times by an adult capable of protecting such child from the consequences of fire or other calamity.
