§ 10-20-4. Presumption.
The signaling, approaching, stopping, or attempting to signal, stop or approach pedestrians, operators of any motor vehicle, passengers in any motor vehicle, occupants of any motel, hotel or any other dwelling place, by any method expressed or implied, shall be presumed to be done for the purpose of engaging in prostitution or assignation; or aiding and abetting prostitution and assignation where:
A.
The person stops, signals, approaches or attempts to stop, signal or approach by any method expressed or implied:
1.
One or more pedestrians, motor vehicle operators or passengers in any motor vehicle at any one place; or
2.
Engages in such activity at more than one location;
B.
The person stops, signals, approaches or attempts to stop, signal or approach, by any method expressed or implied, one or more residents of any motel, hotel or occupant of any other dwelling place at any time or engages in such activity at more than one location.
