§ 10-20-3. Assignation—Acts relative thereto prohibited.
It is unlawful:
A.
To engage in assignation;
B.
To knowingly aid or abet assignation;
C.
To reside in, enter, or remain in any vehicle, trailer, conveyance, place, structure or building for the purpose of assignation;
D.
To receive or direct any person for purposes of assignation to any vehicle, trailer, conveyance, place, structure, or building, or to permit any person to remain in such places for the purpose of assignation;
E.
To direct, take, transport, or to offer or agree to take or transport, or to aid and abet in transporting or directing any person to any vehicle, conveyance, trailer, place, structure or building for the purpose of assignation;
F.
To direct, transport, or offer to agree to take, direct, or transport any person to any other person with knowledge of or having reasonable cause to believe that the purpose of such directing, taking or transporting is for assignation;
G.
To procure or solicit for the purpose of assignation.
