§ 9-8-5. Report of births and stillbirths.

Any person, including physicians and midwives, who delivers or assists in delivering any woman, shall report all births and stillbirths, as required by the provisions of the state Vital Statistics Act, T.C.A. §§ 68-3-101—68-3-313, as amended.
