§ 9-8-1. Adoption of state regulations relative to communicable diseases.

The Regulations Governing Communicable Diseases in Tennessee, pages four through 20, and any changes and amendments thereto, published by the Tennessee Department of Public Health, in accordance with the provisions of chapter 111 of the Public Acts of 1941, are adopted and approved and made a part of this title as fully as if set out herein.
